{"id":420,"date":"2026-03-13T13:43:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T13:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/core-ed-project.eu\/?p=420"},"modified":"2026-06-11T13:44:39","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T13:44:39","slug":"core-eds-1st-year-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/core-ed-project.eu\/el\/core-eds-1st-year-2\/","title":{"rendered":"CORE-ED&#8217;s 1st year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we mark one year of implementation of the CORE-ED Academy \u2013 Fostering Inclusion and Shared Values in Juvenile Justice through Correctional Pedagogy and Specialist Professionalization, we are proud to share key reflections from the Second Internal Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Report, conducted in January 2026 by the Center for Comparative and International Studies (CCIS), lead partner for Quality Assurance &amp; Evaluation (WP2). The report confirms strong progress across work packages, including the delivery and validation of core outputs under WP3 and WP4, the consolidation of governance structures, and the effective application of a structured quality assurance framework. The consortium has demonstrated solid collaboration, timely production of deliverables, and meaningful engagement in a highly sensitive and complex field such as juvenile justice reform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the evaluation highlights important areas for improvement that will guide our next phase: strengthening the regularity of management meetings, improving consistency in the use of the internal collaboration platform, and enhancing documentation of dissemination and communication efforts. These reflections are not setbacks, but part of a healthy and transparent learning process that reinforces accountability and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One year in, CORE-ED Academy stands as a strong example of how universities, civil society, and justice stakeholders can work together to modernize education and professional pathways in juvenile justice.
