Albania’s first DACUM workshop under the EU-funded CORE-ED ACADEMY project brought together academics, probation officers, prison educators and NGOs to map the exact skills a “pedagogy-first” juvenile-justice workforce needs. The resulting DACUM chart will feed straight into new university courses and up-skilling programmes launching next year.
